In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped Mango (1) , Yellow Bell Pepper (1) , Red Bell Pepper (1) , Red Onion (1) , Fresh Cilantro (1/2 cup) and some Fresh Mint (to taste) .

Season with Lemon (1) Kosher Salt (to taste) and freshly  Ground Black Pepper (to taste) and give it a quick toss.
Step 3
Let it sit for 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with some Fresh Mint (to taste) and serve.
