Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Line a 9x5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper, so that a little bit of paper hangs out over the edges.
Whisk together All-Purpose Flour (2 cup), Granulated Sugar (1 cup), Baking Powder (1 1/2 teaspoon), and Salt (1 teaspoon) in a large bowl.
Cut the Unsalted Butter (1/2 cup) into the flour mixture until it is pea sized and resembles course meal.
In a medium sized bowl, whisk together the zest of the Sunkist Orange (1), Orange Juice (3/4 cup), Egg (2), Sour Cream (1/3 cup), and Vanilla Extract (2 teaspoon). Pour into flour mixture and mix gently until just combined.
Fold in the Fresh Cranberry (1 1/2 cup) and the Roasted Walnuts (1/2 cup).
Pour batter into prepared loaf pan and bake in the preheated oven for about 1 hour until a toothpick comes out clean.
Remove from oven and let cool on wire rack for about 15 minutes before removing bread from pan and letting it completely cool on a wire rack.
Once cool, whisk together Powdered Confectioners Sugar (1 cup), orange zest, and Roasted Walnuts (1/4 cup). Add Orange Juice (2 tablespoon), one tablespoon at a time, stirring, until desired thickness is reached.
Place a piece of parchment paper under wire rack that the bread is cooling on and slowly pour glaze over the top of the bread.
