Cooking Instructions
1.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Line a 9x5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper, so that a little bit of paper hangs out over the edges.
2.
Whisk together All-Purpose Flour (2 cups), Granulated Sugar (1 cup), Baking Powder (2 tsp), and Salt (1 tsp) in a large bowl.

Cut the Unsalted Butter (1/2 cup) into the flour mixture until it is pea sized and resembles course meal.
4.
In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the zest and juice from the Oranges (3), Eggs (2), Sour Cream (1/3 cup), and Vanilla Extract (2 tsp). Pour into the flour mixture and mix gently until just combined.
5.
Fold in the Fresh Cranberries (1 1/2 cups) and the Roasted Walnuts (1/2 cup).
6.
Pour batter into prepared loaf pan and bake in the preheated oven for about 1 hour until a toothpick comes out clean.

Remove from oven and let cool on wire rack for about 15 minutes before removing bread from pan and letting it completely cool on a wire rack.
8.
Once cool, whisk together Powdered Confectioners Sugar (1 cup), 1/4 tsp of Orange Zest, and Roasted Walnuts (4 Tbsp). Add Orange (1) one tablespoon at a time, stirring, until the desired thickness is reached.
9.
Place a piece of parchment paper under wire rack that the bread is cooling on and slowly pour glaze over the top of the bread.
10.
Slice and enjoy!
