Peel the Garlic (1 clove), the Onion (1), Zucchini (3), and Potato (4). Chop them into medium-sized pieces.
In a pot with boiling water add the Egg (2) and cook them for 10 minutes.
In another pan, add Olive Oil (as needed) and add the chopped garlic. When the oil gets hot add the onion, potatoes, and zucchini.
Season with Salt (to taste), Ground Black Pepper (to taste), Dried Mixed Herbs (to taste), and Paprika (to taste).
Cook everything for few minutes on high heat.
Add enough Vegetable Stock (as needed) to cover everything in the pot. Once it comes to a boil, cook for 20-25 minutes.
Add the Laughing Cow Swiss Cheese Wedges (3 piece) and blend the soup with a stick blender.
Peel the boiled egg and chop it very finely, you can do it with a fork crushing the egg onto the chopping board.
Top the soup with the chopped egg. Enjoy!
