Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Step 2
Grease bread pans with butter, so batter doesn’t stick.
Step 3
In a large bowl, add Granulated Sugar (3 cup), Vegetable Oil (1 cup), Canned Pumpkin Purée (15 ounce), Egg (4), All-Purpose Flour (3 1/2 cup), Baking Soda (2 teaspoon), Salt (2 teaspoon), Baking Powder (1 teaspoon), Ground Cinnamon (1 teaspoon), Ground Nutmeg (1 teaspoon), Ground Allspice (1 teaspoon), Ground Cloves (1/2 teaspoon), and Water (2/3 cup).
Step 4
Mix well with electric mixer.
Step 5
Hand mix optional ingredients such as a cup of semisweet or bittersweet chocolate chips, pecans, or raisins into the bowl.
Step 6
Spoon in batter about halfway or a bit more in the loaf pans.
Step 7
Bake for about 1 hour until loaf is cooked and springs back. Be careful not to overcook; it makes the bread a bit dryer.
