Cooking Instructions

In a large bowl, combine Fresh Spinach (2 cups), Radicchio (1), Granny Smith Apple (1), Carrots (3), Baby Red Radish (1 bunch), Walnuts (1/2 cup), GOYA® Chick Peas (3/4 cup) and Scallions (1 bunch).

Add in Sea Salt (1/2 tsp). Toss together excluding avocado.

Whisk together Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (1/2 cup), Apple Cider Vinegar (2 tsp), Honey (1 Tbsp) and Garlic (1 clove). a small bowl. Give it a taste test. If you like it sweeter, add a touch more honey. If you like more vinegar, add a touch more apple cider vinegar.

Toss dressing with salad and top with Avocado (1). Serve and enjoy!
