Stir together the Water (1 cup), Granulated Sugar (2 teaspoon), and Instant Dry Yeast (1 3/4 teaspoon). Set aside for about ten minutes.
Into a mixing bowl, sift the All-Purpose Flour (3 cup). Add the Salt (1 teaspoon), Olive Oil (1 tablespoon) and the yeast mixture. Gently mix together until a nice soft dough forms.
Put the dough on a floured surface and kneed it for about 10 minutes
Into a separate bowl sprayed with oil, place in the dough and leave aside for about an hour after covering with a plastic cover.
Preheat oven to 360 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Place the dough on a floured surface again and kneed it for a few minutes. Then, form the dough into a loaf shape. Place it into a loaf tin, and brush the Egg (1) over the top. Sprinkle some flour on the surface.
Bake inside a preheated oven under 180 degrees C (360 degrees F) for about 40 minutes
Leave the bread to cool down for about an hour. Serve and enjoy!
