Into a mixing bowl, sift the All-Purpose Flour (3 cups). Add the Salt (1 tsp), Olive Oil (1 Tbsp) and the yeast mixture. Gently mix together until a nice soft dough forms.

Put the dough on a floured surface and kneed it for about 10 minutes

Into a separate bowl sprayed with oil, place in the dough and leave aside for about an hour after covering with a plastic cover.
