Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C)
Ham (1 cup)

Yellow Onion (1)
Red Bell Pepper (1/2)
Cheddar Cheese (1 cup)
Tomato Sauce (1 1/3 cups)
into a mixing bowl. Mix everything all together. Set aside while you prepare the dough.
Into a big bowl, add
Water (1 cup)
Granulated Sugar (2 Tbsp)
Instant Dry Yeast (1/2 Tbsp)
. Stir everything together for 2 minutes until the yeast foams up.
Olive Oil (2 Tbsp)
All-Purpose Flour (3 cups)
Salt (1 Tbsp)
. Mix well into a dough. Turn the dough into a floured surface, and kneed until it is smooth and elastic.
Shape the dough into a sausage shape, and cut into 6 even pieces. Roll each piece into a circular shape.
Once you have the flat circular dough, put the pizza mixture into on half of the dough, fold the dough over and pinch together the edges. Using a skewer, poke a couple of steam vents by the side of the pocket.
Put the all the pieces on a baking tray, and bake under 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for about 20 minutes.
After baking, let the pockets down for 5 minutes, and Serve!
