Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C)
Step 2
Add the Ham (1 cup) , the chopped Yellow Onion (1) , Red Bell Pepper (1/2) , Cheddar Cheese (1 cup) and Tomato Sauce (1 1/3 cups) into a mixing bowl. Mix everything all together. Set aside while you prepare the dough.
Step 3
Into a big bowl, add Water (1 cup) , Granulated Sugar (2 Tbsp) , and Instant Dry Yeast (1/2 Tbsp) . Stir everything together for 2 minutes until the yeast foams up.
Step 4
Add the Olive Oil (2 Tbsp) , All-Purpose Flour (3 cups) and Salt (1 Tbsp) . Mix well into a dough. Turn the dough into a floured surface, and kneed until it is smooth and elastic.
Step 5
Shape the dough into a sausage shape, and cut into 6 even pieces. Roll each piece into a circular shape.
Step 6
Once you have the flat circular dough, put the pizza mixture into on half of the dough, fold the dough over and pinch together the edges. Using a skewer, poke a couple of steam vents by the side of the pocket.
Step 7
Put the all the pieces on a baking tray, and bake under 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for about 20 minutes.
Step 8
After baking, let the pockets down for 5 minutes, and Serve!
