Put the Red Lentils (1 cup) and water in a pot and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and simmer until the lentils are softened, about 15 minutes.
Cook the Cauliflower (16 ounce), Frozen Mixed Vegetables (10 ounce), Zucchini (3), and diced Red Potato (3) in water until soft. When they’re soft, mash the vegetables well, in the liquid. Stir in the cooked lentils.
Heat Olive Oil (1 teaspoon) in a large skillet or pot over medium heat. Add the Red Onion (1),Fresh Ginger (2 tablespoon), Garlic (1 clove), and Tomato (3), and cook until the onions have browned and the tomatoes start to break down. About 5-10 minutes.
Stir in the Ground Turmeric (1/4 teaspoon), Pav Bhaji Masala (3 1/2 teaspoon) and Garam Masala (1 teaspoon), cook for 30 more seconds.Add the mashed vegetables lentil mixture, Salt (1 1/4 teaspoon), and Cayenne Pepper (1/8 teaspoon). Cook on low for about 20 minutes.
Serve with sprouted wheat burger buns, sloppy joe style. Enjoy!
