Pasta Boscaiola is my version of the classic Italian pasta dish. A rich, creamy sauce is combined with bacon, garlic, onion and mushrooms then stirred through tender pasta. Serve with a side salad and garlic bread - give it a go!

Cooking Instructions
1.
Into a small mixing bowl, mix together the Cream (2 cups), Chicken Stock (1/2 cup), Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste).

Into a small pan with some Olive Oil (as needed) cook together the Yellow Onion (1), Garlic (2 cloves), and Bacon (5.5 oz) over medium heat.

After six minutes add the Button Mushrooms (7 oz) to the onion mix. Put the lid on and allow the mix to cook for few more minutes.
4.
In a medium pot, add the cream mixture and give it a good stir over medium heat for about 2 minutes. Add your drained Pasta (1.1 lb), bacon mixture to the pot and Fresh Parsley (to taste). Turn down the heat to low and stir everything together.
5.
Serve and enjoy!
