Step 1
Inside a mixing bowl, mix together your Self-Rising Flour (2 cups) , Cheese (1/2 cup) , and Salt (1 pinch) . Add the Natural Unflavored Yogurt (1/4 cup) and mix until a nice and smooth dough forms.
Step 2
On a flavored surface, kneed the dough gently. With a roller spin, shape the dough into a rough rectangular shape.
Step 3
Line a baking tray with baking paper, and press the dough inside until it reaches all the corners. Top the surface with Basil Pesto (2 Tbsp) , Wright® Brand Smoked Bacon (4.5 oz) , Eggs (6) , halved Cherry Tomatoes (to taste) and Cheese (1/2 cup) .
Step 4
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
Step 5
Bake until golden and dough is risen, about 15 minutes.
Step 6
Serve and enjoy!
