Step 1
Into a bowl, mix together Garlic Infused Olive Oil (1 Tbsp) , Sesame Oil (1 Tbsp) , Soy Sauce (1 Tbsp) , juice from Lemon (1) , Creamy Natural Peanut Butter (3 Tbsp) , and Sweet Chili Sauce (2 Tbsp) .
Step 2
In a big salad bowl, toss together the cooled Noodles (1 pckg) , Scallions (1 bunch) , Bean Sprouts (1 handful) , and Red Bell Pepper (1) .
Step 3
Mix together the sauce with the salad mix. Top with some Fresh Cilantro (to taste) and serve! Enjoy!
