Cut Bone-In Chicken Thighs (4) into half. Marinate with some Salt (to taste) and the juice from Lime (1) for 30 minutes in the fridge.

Cut Red Chili Peppers (10), Red Bird's Eye Chili Pepper (5), Shallots (5), and Fresh Ginger (2 1/2 Tbsp) into pieces and blend to paste.
