This is an easy, yummy vanilla ice cream cake. It takes about 45 minutes or so to assemble the ice cream cake with two slices of chocolate sponge minus the chilling. You can also create your own ice cream cake with any flavour you like, e.g. chocolate, durian or strawberry.
