Mini Beef Wellingtons can be served as a party snack or as part of a main meal. Succulent pieces of beef are seared and wrapped in a layer of puff pastry with a savoury mixture of mushroom, onion and garlic. Baked until golden and puffed, these amazing little morsels will have your guests begging you for the recipe - give it a go!

Step 1
Into a food processor, pulse up the Button Mushrooms (7 oz) , Yellow Onion (1) , and Garlic (2 cloves) . Set aside while you are working on the beef.
Step 2
Chop down the Beef (1.1 lb) into small pieces. Season with Salt and Pepper (to taste) , and fry them inside a pan with some Olive Oil (to taste) .
Step 3
Cut each Puff Pastry (3) into 6 pieces. On each piece, put your mushroom mixture, together with a piece from your fried beef. Wrap up each pastry, brush with the Egg (1) , and bake inside a preheated oven 200 degrees C (400 degrees F) for about 20 minutes.
Step 4
Serve and enjoy!
