In a large bowl, whisk together All-Purpose Flour (2 cup), Baking Powder (2 teaspoon), Salt (1/2 teaspoon), Ground Cinnamon (1/2 teaspoon), and Ground Nutmeg (1/8 teaspoon). Add Apple Cider (1 1/2 cup) and Egg (2) and whisk until combined.
STEP 2
Heat a skillet on medium high and add grease the pan with some butter. Use a 1/3 cup measuring cup to portion and drop batter into the pan.
STEP 3
Sprinkle with Cinnamon Sugar (to taste), if desired, and flip when bubbles start to pop on the surface.
STEP 4
Cook for about a minute or two, until browned and enjoy!
