Cooking Instructions
1.
Heat up the wok with Oil (as needed). Stir fry Red Onions (2/3 cup) and Whole Garlic (3 bulbs) to aromatic, followed by Dried Chili Peppers (2 tsp).

Add Chinese Mustard Greens (20 cups) and continue to fry till soft. Then pour in Fresh Ginger (10 tsp), Aniseeds (2), Daikon Radishes (1 2/3 cups), and Roast Duck (1.8 lb).
3.
Add enough Water (to taste) to cover up the roast duck and vegetables. Bring to boil and add Brown Sugar (1 Tbsp) and Salt (1 tsp).
4.
Cover with a lid and simmer at low heat for 1 hour or until Chinese mustard softens.
