Step 1
Combine the Unsweetened Apple Butter (1 tablespoon), Ground Cinnamon (1/2 teaspoon), Ground Nutmeg (1/4 teaspoon), Whole Wheat Flour (2 tablespoon), Ground Cloves (1/4 teaspoon), Egg (2), and Carrot (1 cup) in a blender and blend on high until everything is combined.
Step 2
Melt a small pat of Unsalted Butter (as needed) in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Once butter is melted and pan is hot, ladle in the batter to make silver dollar size pancakes.
