Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Cook the Ground Beef (1 lb) and Yellow Onion (1/2) in a frying or saute pan over medium heat. Drain any extra grease. Mix in the McCormick® Taco Seasoning Mix (3 Tbsp).

Add the ground beef to a greased 9-inch baking pie pan. Layer with the Canned Green Chiles (1/2 cup), don't drain the liquid.

Evenly layer with half of the Shredded Cheddar Cheese (1 cup).

In a medium-sized mixing bowl, mix the Bisquick® Baking Mix (3/4 cup), Whole Milk (1 1/4 cups), and Eggs (2).

Pour the batter evenly over the layer of cheese in the pie pan.

Put the pie in the oven and bake for 25 minutes.

Remove pie from the oven and layer the rest of the Shredded Cheddar Cheese (1 cup). Bake for an additional 5 minutes.

Rest for 5 minutes. Then top taco pie with Lettuce (to taste), Tomatoes (to taste), Sour Cream (to taste), Olives (to taste), and serve.
