Drain cans of Canned Black Eyed Peas (15 ounce), Black Beans (15 ounce), and Whole Kernel Corn (15 ounce). Rinse the black beans.
Chop the Green Bell Pepper (1).
Chop the Tomato (2).
Chop the Red Onion (1).
Dice the Jalapeño Pepper (2).
In a large bowl, combine the bell pepper, tomatoes, red onion, and jalapenos.
Add in the black-eyed peas, black beans and corn.
Season with Italian Dressing (8 ounce), Garlic Salt (to taste), and Salt and Pepper (to taste); mix well.
Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 6 hours, overnight is best, to blend flavors.
Serve with chips or crackers. And enjoy!
