Author's Notes

Wontons can be made ahead of time! Just freeze them on a baking sheet after assembling, then store in a plastic ziplock bag in the freezer once frozen. Cook by simply boiling the wontons straight from the freezer.

Combine Ground Pork (8 oz), Egg (1), chopped scallions, Soy Sauce (1 Tbsp), Ground Black Pepper (to taste) and Fresh Ginger (to taste).
