Author's Notes

Wontons can be made ahead of time! Just freeze them on a baking sheet after assembling, then store in a plastic ziplock bag in the freezer once frozen. Cook by simply boiling the wontons straight from the freezer.

Directions

Step 1
Chop the Bok Choy (to taste) and Scallion (2). Set the bok choy aside.
Step 2
Combine Ground Pork (0.5 pound), Egg (1), chopped scallions, Soy Sauce (1 tablespoon), Ground Black Pepper (to taste) and Fresh Ginger (to taste).
Step 3
Place 3/4 of a teaspoon of filling in the center of one of the Wonton Wrappers (35).
Step 4
Seal using Milk (to taste) or beaten egg around the edges and make sure to press out any air.
Step 5
Then wrap the wonton. Continue with the remainder of wrappers.
Step 6
Once all wontons are ready, combine Vegetable Stock (32 fluid ounce), Chicken Stock (32 fluid ounce), and Celery (2 stalk) in a large pot and let it come up to a full boil.
Step 7
Place wontons in one at a time stirring so they do not stick to each other. Add bok choy leaves. Reduce heat to medium and cook for 15 minutes.
Step 8
Place cooked wontons in a bowl and serve with the broth. Enjoy!
