On a baking dish lined with baking paper, place the Nonstick Cooking Spray (as needed) and lightly coat them in Bread (2 slice). Bake them in the preheated oven for 5 minutes.
In a cup or bowl, mix the Mayonnaise (1/2 cup), Garlic (1 clove), Lemon Juice (2 tablespoon), and Anchovy Fillets (2).
In a large salad bowl, mix together the Romaine Lettuce (1 head), croutons, bacon, Egg (1), and Shaved Parmesan Cheese (to taste). Serve after drizzling with the dressing.
