Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Step 2
Cook the Bacon (4 slices) until it is nice and crispy.
Step 3
On a baking dish lined with baking paper, place the Bread (2 slices) and lightly coat them in Nonstick Cooking Spray (as needed) . Bake them in the preheated oven for 5 minutes.
Step 4
In a cup or bowl, mix the Mayonnaise (1/2 cup) , Garlic (1 clove) , juice from Lemon (1) and Anchovy Fillets (2) .
Step 5
In a large salad bowl, mix together the Romaine Lettuce (1 head) , croutons, bacon, Egg (1) , and Shaved Parmesan Cheese (to taste) . Serve after drizzling with the dressing.
