Inside a mixing bowl, mix together the Scallion (3), Bacon (200 gram), Cheddar Cheese (2 cup), and Self-Rising Flour (1 cup).Mix everything well together.
In a mixing jug, mix the Egg (1), Yellow Mustard (2 teaspoon), and Milk (1/2 cup).
Pour your egg mixture into the bacon mix, and stir to combine. Into an oven tray, put tablespoons of the mixture. Bake under 200 degrees C (400 degrees F) for about 15 minutes.
