Step 1
Inside a mixing bowl, mix together the
Scallions (3)

Wright® Brand Smoked Bacon (7 oz)
,
Cheddar Cheese (2 cups)
, and
Self-Rising Flour (1 cup)
.Mix everything well together.
Step 2
In a mixing jug, mix the
Egg (1)
,
Yellow Mustard (1/2 Tbsp)
, and
Milk (1/2 cup)
.
Step 3
Pour your egg mixture into the bacon mix, and stir to combine. Into an oven tray, put tablespoons of the mixture. Bake under 200 degrees C (400 degrees F) for about 15 minutes.
