Curried Egg Sandwiches was my Grandmother's favorite lunch. Boiled eggs are mashed and mixed with mayonnaise, curry powder and paprika to create a delicious sandwich filling - Give it a go!

Author's Notes

To hard-boil eggs: Place eggs in a large saucepan and cover with an inch of cool water. Turn heat to high and cover the pan. When the water has reached a rolling boil, set the timer for 7 minutes.

Step 1
Mash up the Egg (3) in a dish. Add the Mayonnaise (2 tablespoon), Curry Powder (1 teaspoon), and Paprika (to taste) and mix everything together.
Step 2
Divide the egg mixture among the Bread (6 slice) and serve!
