Asian Broccoli Vermicelli Salad

Recipe
This Asian Broccoli Vermicelli Salad is my all-time favorite in the summer, served with cold vermicelli noodles and fresh, crunchy salad in a tangy dressing. The dish is light, easy to make, and refreshing.

Author's Notes

Vermicelli rice noodles are mostly gluten-free but not always, please check the packaging.

Regular soy sauce is made with fermented wheat. Use gluten-free soy sauce if you are gluten intolerant.
