Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Cut the Avocados (2) in half and remove the stones. Gently make cuts in the avocado flesh in a cross-hatch pattern, being careful not to break through the avocado peel, and scoop out the flesh.
Step 2
Place Avocado, Tomato (1) , Garlic (1 clove) , Fresh Dill (1/2) , Red Onion (1/2) , 1 Tbsp of Lime (1) , Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (1 tsp) , Salt (1/2 tsp) , Ground Black Pepper (1 pinch) , and Fresh Cilantro (1 handful) a large bowl and mash everything together with 2 forks until it’s smooth and creamy.
