Feel free to add other types of nuts or ingredients you like! Just make sure that the ingredients you used are mostly flat.

In a mixing bowl, stir in Eggs (2), Salted Butter (2 Tbsp), Honey (1 Tbsp), Vanilla Extract (1 tsp), Powdered Confectioners Sugar (1/2 cup), and All-Purpose Flour (4 Tbsp) together until combined.

Then, fold in Toasted Sliced Almonds (1 1/3 cups), Toasted Sunflower Seeds (1/2 cup), Dried Cranberries (1/2 cup), and Black Sesame Seeds (1 1/2 Tbsp).

Lightly grease your florentine pan with some Vegetable Oil (as needed). Spoon in about 1/2 tsp worth of mixture onto each mold. Then, use the back of the spoon to lightly spread it out evenly.
