Feel free to add other types of nuts or ingredients you like! Just make sure that the ingredients you used are mostly flat.

Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Step 2
In a mixing bowl, stir in Eggs (2) , Salted Butter (2 Tbsp) , Honey (1 Tbsp) , Vanilla Extract (1 tsp) , Powdered Confectioners Sugar (1/2 cup) , and All-Purpose Flour (4 Tbsp) together until combined.
Step 3
Then, fold in Toasted Sliced Almonds (1 1/3 cups) , Toasted Sunflower Seeds (1/2 cup) , Dried Cranberries (1/2 cup) , and Black Sesame Seeds (1 1/2 Tbsp) .
Step 4
Lightly grease your florentine pan with some Vegetable Oil (as needed) . Spoon in about 1/2 tsp worth of mixture onto each mold. Then, use the back of the spoon to lightly spread it out evenly.
Step 5
Bake in the oven for 8 to 12 minutes.
Step 6
Let cool for a while, until hardened, before removing them from the pan.
Step 7
Enjoy your sweet and nutty cookies!
