1 1/3 cups

Toasted Sliced Almonds

1/2 cup

Toasted Sunflower Seeds

•

5 tsp

Black Sesame Seeds

•

1/2 cup

Dried Cranberries

•

4 Tbsp

All-Purpose Flour

•

2 Tbsp

Salted Butter , melted

•

Large Eggs , separated

•

1/2 cup

Powdered Confectioners Sugar

•

4 tsp

Honey

•

1 tsp

Vanilla Extract

•

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).

In a mixing bowl, stir in Eggs (2) , Salted Butter (2 Tbsp) , Honey (4 tsp) , Vanilla Extract (1 tsp) , Powdered Confectioners Sugar (1/2 cup) , and All-Purpose Flour (4 Tbsp) together until combined.

Then, fold in Toasted Sliced Almonds (1 1/3 cups) , Toasted Sunflower Seeds (1/2 cup) , Dried Cranberries (1/2 cup) , and Black Sesame Seeds (5 tsp) .

Lightly grease your florentine pan with some Vegetable Oil (as needed) . Spoon in about 1/2 tsp worth of mixture onto each mold. Then, use the back of the spoon to lightly spread it out evenly.

Bake in the oven for 8 to 12 minutes.

Let cool for a while, until hardened, before removing them from the pan.

Feel free to add other types of nuts or ingredients you like! Just make sure that the ingredients you used are mostly flat.
