This is a great bread to have in the morning with your coffee, to give as a gift to someone, and just to have around during the fall season! It is a little tart with the fresh cranberries and fresh orange.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Grease 3 small loaf pans and line with parchment paper.
All-Purpose Flour (2 cups)
Granulated Sugar (3/4 cup)
Baking Powder (1/2 Tbsp)
Baking Soda (1/2 tsp)
Salt (3/4 tsp)
in a bowl. Stir
Butter (1/2 stick)
into flour mixture until combined.
Orange Juice (1 cup)
Oranges (1 tsp)
Vanilla Extract (1 tsp)
; mix well.
Fresh Cranberries (1 cup)
Walnuts (1 cup)
. Then spoon batter into prepared pans.
Bake in the preheated ovens for 45 minutes.
Cool in the pans for about 5 minutes.
Remove and slice bread. Serve and enjoy!
