Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Grease 3 small loaf pans and line with parchment paper.

Combine All-Purpose Flour (2 cups), Granulated Sugar (3/4 cup), Baking Powder (1/2 Tbsp), Baking Soda (1/2 tsp) and Salt (3/4 tsp) in a bowl. Stir Butter (1/2 stick) into flour mixture until combined.

Fold in Fresh Cranberry (1 cup) and Walnut (1 cup). Then spoon batter into prepared pans.
