Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Grease 3 small loaf pans and line with parchment paper.

Combine All-Purpose Flour (2 cups), Granulated Sugar (3/4 cup), Baking Powder (2 tsp), Baking Soda (as needed) and Salt (1 tsp) in a bowl. Stir Butter (1/2 stick) into flour mixture until combined.
