Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Grease 3 small loaf pans and line with parchment paper.
Combine All-Purpose Flour (2 cup), Granulated Sugar (3/4 cup), Baking Powder (1 1/2 teaspoon), Baking Soda (1/2 teaspoon) and Salt (3/4 teaspoon) in a bowl. Stir Butter (1/2 stick) into flour mixture until combined.
Add Orange Juice (1 cup), Orange (1 teaspoon), Vanilla Extract (1 teaspoon) and Egg (1); mix well.
Fold in Fresh Cranberry (1 cup) and Walnut (1 cup). Then spoon batter into prepared pans.
Bake in the preheated ovens for 45 minutes.
Cool in the pans for about 5 minutes.
Remove and slice bread. Serve and enjoy!
