Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Grease 3 small loaf pans and line with parchment paper.
Step 2
Combine
All-Purpose Flour (2 cups)

Granulated Sugar (3/4 cup)

Baking Powder (1/2 Tbsp)
,
Baking Soda (1/2 tsp)
and
Salt (3/4 tsp)
in a bowl. Stir
Butter (1/2 stick)
into flour mixture until combined.
Step 3
Add the zest and juice from
Oranges (4)
,
Vanilla Extract (1 tsp)
and
Egg (1)
; mix well.
Step 4
Fold in
Fresh Cranberries (1 cup)
and
Walnuts (1 cup)
. Then spoon batter into prepared pans.
Step 5
Bake in the preheated ovens for 45 minutes.
Step 6
Cool in the pans for about 5 minutes.
Step 7
Remove and slice bread. Serve and enjoy!
