Alternatively, you can steam the wrapped logs for 1 hour, if you do not have access to a pressure cooker.

To a high-speed blender add Firm Tofu (1), Better Than Bouillon, No Chicken Base (2/3 cup), Tahini (2 Tbsp), Sea Salt (2 tsp), Simply Organic Onion Powder (2 tsp), Nutritional Yeast (4 Tbsp), Poultry Seasoning (2 tsp), Liquid Smoke (1/2 tsp), and White Miso Paste (2 Tbsp). Blend on high until smooth.

Transfer the mixture to the bowl of a stand mixer, add Vital Wheat Gluten (1 3/4 cups) and Young Green Jackfruit in Water (1 can). Using a flat paddle, knead at low speed until it comes together and starts to look like dough, about 3-5 minutes.
