Step 1
To a high-speed blender add
Firm Tofu (1)

Better Than Bouillon, No Chicken Base (2/3 cup)

Tahini (2 Tbsp)

Sea Salt (1/2 Tbsp)

Onion Powder (1/2 Tbsp)

Nutritional Yeast (1/4 cup)
,
Poultry Seasoning (1/2 Tbsp)

Liquid Smoke (1/2 tsp)
, and
White Miso Paste (2 Tbsp)
. Blend on high until smooth.
Step 2
Transfer the mixture to the bowl of a stand mixer, add
Vital Wheat Gluten (1 3/4 cups)
and
Young Green Jackfruit in Water (1 can)
. Using a flat paddle, knead at low speed until it comes together and starts to look like dough, about 3-5 minutes.
