Step 1
In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook
80/20 Lean Ground Beef (1 lb)
with a drizzle of
Olive Oil (1 Tbsp)
breaking up the meat with a wooden spoon. Cook until the beef is no longer pink.
Step 2
Add the
Taco Seasoning (1 pckg)

Salt (1/4 tsp)
, and
Ground Black Pepper (1/4 tsp)
to taste and stir until well combined. Taste to see if you need to add more seasoning.
Step 3
To the cooked ground beef, add
Black Beans (1 can)
, cooked
White Rice (2 1/2 Tbsp)
, and
Beef Broth (1/4 cup)
, then stir well.
Step 4
Reduce the heat to medium-low and cook for 5 minutes uncovered. Stir in
Mild Salsa (1 cup)
of your choice, chunky or smooth.
Step 5
Add
Shredded Mexican Cheese Blend (1 cup)
and combine it with everything. Remove from the heat.
Step 6
Before serving garnish with
Fresh Cilantro (1/2 cup)
and
Lime Wedge (1)
.
Step 7
Serve with
Jalapeño Pepper (1)

Fresh Cilantro (1/4 cup)
, extra shredded cheese,
Tomatoes (2)
