Step 1
Cut the
Carrots (3 cups)
in half and then into quarters. Cut one more time if using thick carrots.
Step 2
In a large mixing bowl, add the carrots along with
Brown Sugar (2 Tbsp)

Maple Syrup (2 Tbsp)
,
Balsamic Vinegar (1 Tbsp)
,
Olive Oil (1 Tbsp)
,
Salt (1/4 tsp)
, and
Ground Black Pepper (1/4 tsp)
. Toss until combined.
Step 3
Place on a microwave-safe enamel tray and cook in the Panasonic 4-in-1 Multi Oven on Airfry Mode for 15-20 minutes, until carrots are tender-soft.
Step 4
Remove from the microwave and sprinkle with
Fresh Parsley (to taste)
, then serve.
