In a large mixing bowl, add the carrots along with Brown Sugar (2 Tbsp), Maple Syrup (2 Tbsp), Balsamic Vinegar (1 Tbsp), Olive Oil (1 Tbsp), Salt (1/4 tsp), and Ground Black Pepper (1/4 tsp). Toss until combined.
