Inside a big bowl, add the Ground Beef (500 gram), Onion (1/2), Garlic (1 clove), Breadcrumbs (1/2 cup), Egg (1), Salt and Pepper (to taste). Using your hands mix everything together until it is nicely combined.
Take bits of the mixture one by one and roll them into balls. In a large oiled sauce pan over medium heat, add the meatballs and cook them for about 2 minutes.
Into the pan, add the Beef Stock (2 cup), Milk (2 cup), Worcestershire Sauce (1 tablespoon), Salt and Pepper (to taste). Give the mixture a gentle stir and allow it to come to the boil.
Once the mixture comes to boil, add in the Pappardelle Pasta (400 gram), and as the pasta starts to soften, gently stir through the mixture for about 8 minutes.
Once the pasta is well cooked, add the Parmesan Cheese (1 cup) and Fresh Parsley (1/2 cup). Give the mixture a gentle stir.
