Step 1
Inside a big bowl, add the
Ground Beef (1.1 lb)

Onion (1/2)

Garlic (1 clove)
,
Breadcrumbs (1/2 cup)

Egg (1)

Salt (to taste)
, and
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
. Using your hands mix everything together until it is nicely combined.
Step 2
Take bits of the mixture one by one and roll them into balls. In a large oiled sauce pan over medium heat, add the meatballs and cook them for about 2 minutes.
Step 3
Into the pan, add the
Beef Stock (2 cups)
,
Milk (2 cups)
,
Worcestershire Sauce (1 Tbsp)
,
Salt (to taste)
, and
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
. Give the mixture a gentle stir and allow it to come to the boil.
Step 4
Once the mixture comes to boil, add in the
Pappardelle Pasta (14 oz)
, and as the pasta starts to soften, gently stir through the mixture for about 8 minutes.
Step 5
Once the pasta is well cooked, add the
Parmesan Cheese (1 cup)
and
Fresh Parsley (1/2 cup)
. Give the mixture a gentle stir.
