Speculoos Cookie Butter

Beat together Unsalted Butter (1 stick), Caster Sugar (4 Tbsp) and Brown Sugar (3/4 cup) together until smooth, then add in the Farmhouse Eggs® Large Brown Egg (sponsored) (1) and Vanilla Extract (1 tsp).

In a separate bowl, combine All-Purpose Flour (2 cups), Simply Organic Cinnamon, Ground (sponsored) (1 Tbsp), Ground Nutmeg (1 tsp),Ground Cloves (1 tsp), Ground Ginger (as needed), Ground White Pepper (as needed), Salt (as needed), and Baking Soda (as needed). Fold the flour mixture into the butter mixture.
