These peanut butter and chocolate chip cookies in a cup are so simple to make and will satisfy any sweet tooth. This is the perfect dessert for one.

Creamy Peanut Butter
Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
Melt the Butter (1 Tbsp) in a coffee mug in a microwave oven.
Add in both Brown Sugar (1 1/2 Tbsp) and Granulated Sugar (1/2 Tbsp). Mix to combine. The mixture will be a bit runny.
Add in yolk of the Egg (1), Creamy Peanut Butter (1 Tbsp) and Vanilla Extract (1 drop).
Fold in All-Purpose Flour (2 1/2 Tbsp). Consistency should be similar to a regular batch of cookies. If batter is too thin, add a bit more flour.
Mix in Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips (1 1/2 Tbsp).
Bake in the microwave for 1 minute.
Let stand for 2 minutes (the cookie will continue to cook as it cools). Top with ice cream and watch it melt into your cookie. Now grab a spoon and dig in!
