Melt the Butter (1 tablespoon) in a coffee mug in the Panasonic Microwave Oven.
Add in both Brown Sugar (1 1/2 tablespoon) and Granulated Sugar (1/2 tablespoon). Mix to combine. The mixture will be a bit runny.
Add in yolk of the Egg (1), Creamy Peanut Butter (1 tablespoon) and Vanilla Extract (1 drop).
Fold in All-Purpose Flour (2 1/2 tablespoon). Consistency should be similar to a regular batch of cookies. If batter is too thin, add a bit more flour.
Mix in Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips (1 1/2 tablespoon).
Bake in the Panasonic Microwave Oven for 1 minute.
Let stand for 2 minutes (the cookie will continue to cook as it cools). Top with ice cream and watch it melt into your cookie. Now grab a spoon and dig in! Cooking results may vary depending on microwave oven used.
