Mix together Olive Oil (1/4 cup), Garlic (2 clove), Orange (1), Lemon (1), Granulated Sugar (2 tablespoon), Italian Seasoning (1 tablespoon), Smoked Paprika (1/2 teaspoon), Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (1/4 teaspoon), and Salt and Pepper (to taste).
Place Chicken Drumstick (12) in an ovenproof roasting dish. Carefully pour marinade over the chicken. Using tongs, flip the chicken pieces to coat on all sides.
Stuff Red Onion (2) in gaps between chicken. Place Lemon (1) in and around chicken. Repeat with Orange (1). Season with Salt and Pepper (to taste).
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
Place the chicken in the oven for 1 hour, or until the chicken is cooked all the way through and the juices run clear.
