Step 1
Mix together Olive Oil (1/4 cup) , Garlic (2 cloves) , Orange (1) , Lemon (1) , Granulated Sugar (2 Tbsp) , Italian Seasoning (1 Tbsp) , Smoked Paprika (1/2 tsp) , Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (1/4 tsp) , and Salt and Pepper (to taste) .
Step 2
Place Tyson® Chicken Legs (12) in an ovenproof roasting dish. Carefully pour marinade over the chicken. Using tongs, flip the chicken pieces to coat on all sides.
Step 3
Stuff Red Onions (2) in gaps between chicken. Place Lemon (1) in and around chicken. Repeat with Orange (1) . Season with Salt and Pepper (to taste) .
Step 4
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
Step 5
Place the chicken in the oven for 1 hour, or until the chicken is cooked all the way through and the juices run clear.
