Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Into a bowl, add in and mix the chopped Dates (3/4 cup) , Baking Soda (1/4 tsp) , and Water (3 Tbsp) .
Step 2
Into another bowl, mix together the Butter (2/3 cup) , Caster Sugar (1/2 cup) , and Brown Sugar (1/2 cup) . Then add in the Egg (1) and mix everything until combined.
Step 3
Add in and mix the Ground Cinnamon (1 tsp) , All-Purpose Flour (1 cup) , softened dates, and Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (3 1/2 cups) .
Step 4
Take tablespoons of the mixture and form it into a bowl shape, and place each of the balls onto a baking tray. Bake under 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for about 12 minutes.
Step 5
Let the cookies cool, and serve!
