Step 1
Into a mixing bowl, add in the
Ground Beef (1.1 lb)

Pork (1.1 lb)

Garlic Powder (1 tsp)
,
Breadcrumbs (1 cup)

Parmesan Cheese (1/4 cup)

Eggs (2)
,
Milk (1/2 cup)
,
Fresh Parsley (1/2 cup)
,
Salt (to taste)
, and
Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
. Using your hands mix everything together.
Step 2
Take small bits of the meat and form them into small separate balls.
Step 3
Take small pieces of the
Mozzarella Cheese (to taste)
, press it into the center of each meatball, and wrap around the meat around the cheese.
Step 4
Into a slow cooker, add in half of the
Pasta Sauce (2 pckg)
. Arrange the meatballs, and pour the remaining sauce over the top. Cook for about 2 hours and 30 minutes.
