Step 1
Separate the Egg (1) White and set aside.
Step 2
Put in Shrimp (14 oz) , chopped Scallions (2) , Egg White, Ground White Pepper (1/2 tsp) , Corn Flour (1 tsp) , Fresh Ginger (1/2 Tbsp) , and Soy Sauce (1/2 Tbsp) in the blender. Whisk them up until smooth.
Step 3
Put the mixture on top of each slice of White Sandwich Bread (12 slices) and cut them in half.
Step 4
Dip them into Roasted Sesame Seeds (1 cup) .
Step 5
Cook them for a minute and a half.
Step 6
Serve and enjoy!
