Separate the Egg (1) White and set aside.
Put in Shrimp (400 gram), chopped Scallion (2), Egg White, Ground White Pepper (1/2 teaspoon), Corn Flour (1 teaspoon), Fresh Ginger (2 teaspoon), and Soy Sauce (2 teaspoon) in the blender. Whisk them up until smooth.
Put the mixture on top of each slice of White Sandwich Bread (12 slice) and cut them in half.
Dip them into Roasted Sesame Seeds (1 cup).
Cook them for a minute and a half.
