Cook Brown Rice (2 cups) according to the package instructions.
Step 2
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Step 3
Mix cooked brown rice, Nut Milk (1 1/2 cups) , Walnuts (1/2 cup) , Banana (1) , Brown Rice Syrup (1/4 cup) , Pure Vanilla Extract (1/2 Tbsp) , Ground Nutmeg (1/2 tsp) , Ground Cinnamon (1/2 Tbsp) , Ground Ginger (1 tsp) , Ground Cloves (1/4 tsp) , and Sweet Potato Purée (1 cup) in a large mixing bowl.
Step 4
Grease a 8x8-inch baking dish using Coconut Oil (1 Tbsp) . Pour mixture into baking dish.
Step 5
Bake rice pudding for 35 to 45 minutes.
Step 6
Top with Walnuts (to taste) , Coconut Yogurt (to taste) , and a drizzle of Raw Honey (to taste) . Serve and enjoy!
