Cook Brown Rice (2 cups) according to the package instructions.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).

Mix cooked brown rice, Nut Milk (1 1/2 cups), Walnut (1/2 cup), Banana (1), Brown Rice Syrup (4 Tbsp), Pure Vanilla Extract (2 tsp), Ground Nutmeg (as needed), Ground Cinnamon (2 tsp), Ground Ginger (1 tsp), Ground Cloves (as needed), and Sweet Potato Purée (1 cup) in a large mixing bowl.

Grease a 8x8-inch baking dish using Coconut Oil (1 Tbsp). Pour mixture into baking dish.

Bake rice pudding for 35 to 45 minutes.
