Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Into a mixing bowl, add and mix the Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (1 cup) , Coconuts (1/2 cup) , and All-Purpose Flour (1 cup) .
Step 2
In a saucepan, melt together the Butter (1/2 cup) and Golden Syrup (2 Tbsp) . Add in the Baking Soda (1/2 tsp) and Water (1 Tbsp) and stir everything gently.
Step 3
Pour the butter mixture over the flour mixture. Combine everything well.
Step 4
Take about a tablespoon of the mixture, press it in your hands, and put it on a baking tray lined with some baking paper. Do this with all of the mixtures, and bake under 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for about 20 minutes.
Step 5
Serve and enjoy!
