Anzac Biscuits are a delicious traditional cookie made in Australia and New Zealand during the month of April, in time for ANZAC Day. Rolled Oats, Coconut and Flour are combined with Golden Syrup, Butter and Sugar to create a fantastic, crunchy biscuit. Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Into a mixing bowl, add and mix the Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (1 cup), Coconut (1/2 cup), All-Purpose Flour (1 cup), and Caster Sugar (1 cup).
Step 2
In a sauce pan, melt together the Butter (125 gram) and Golden Syrup (2 tablespoon). Add in the Baking Soda (1/2 teaspoon) and Water (1 tablespoon) and stir everything gently.
Step 3
Pour the butter mixture over the flour mixture. Combine everything well.
Step 4
Take about a tablespoon of the mixture, press it in your hands and put it on a baking tray lined with some baking paper. Do this with all of the mixture, and bake under 180 degrees C (350 degrees F) for about 20 minutes.
Step 5
Serve and enjoy!
