Into a large bowl, add and mix the All-Purpose Flour (1 cup), Self-Rising Flour (1/2 cup), Ground Cinnamon (1 teaspoon), and Brown Sugar (1 cup).
Add in the melted Butter (125 gram), beaten Egg (2), and diced Banana (3). Combine everything well.
Transfer the batter into a baking tin lined with baking paper. Bake inside a preheated oven under 180 degrees C (350 degrees F) for about 45 minutes.
