Step 1
Into a large bowl, add and mix the All-Purpose Flour (1 cup) , Self-Rising Flour (1/2 cup) , Ground Cinnamon (1 tsp) , and Brown Sugar (1 cup) .
Step 2
Add in the melted Butter (1/2 cup) , beaten Eggs (2) , and diced Bananas (3) . Combine everything well.
Step 3
Transfer the batter into a baking tin lined with baking paper. Bake inside a preheated oven under 180 degrees C (350 degrees F) for about 45 minutes.
Step 4
Serve and enjoy!
