Into a sauce pan over a low heat, mix and melt together the Unsalted Butter (125 gram), Dark Chocolate (150 gram), and Brown Sugar (1/4 cup).
Add in the Egg (1), Coconut (1/2 cup), All-Purpose Flour (1/2 cup), and Baking Powder (1/2 teaspoon). Mix everything together. Put the lid on the pan, and put inside the fridge for about 30 minutes.
Take teaspoons of the mixture, shape them into small balls and roll them over some Desiccated Coconut. Place the balls on a baking tray and bake under 180 degrees C (350 degrees F) for about 15 minutes.
