Step 1
Into a sauce pan over a low heat, mix and melt together the
Unsalted Butter (1/2 cup)

Dark Chocolate (2/3 cup)
, and
Brown Sugar (1/4 cup)

Step 2
Add in the
Egg (1)

Coconuts (1/2 cup)
,
All-Purpose Flour (1/2 cup)
, and
Baking Powder (1/2 tsp)
. Mix everything together. Put the lid on the pan, and put inside the fridge for about 30 minutes.
Step 3
Take teaspoons of the mixture, shape them into small balls and roll them over some Desiccated Coconut. Place the balls on a baking tray and bake under 180 degrees C (350 degrees F) for about 15 minutes.
