Whites and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, beat the Egg Whits with an electric mixer until mixture forms stiff peaks.
All-Purpose Flour (2 1/2 Tbsp)
Cheese (2 1/2 cups)
. Gently fold everything together. Season with
Salt and Pepper (to taste)
Frying Oil (to taste)
over medium heat for 5-10 minutes.
Drop teaspoons of the mixture into the oil, about 4 at a time, and cook for 1-2 minutes, or until golden and crisp.
Transfer finished puffs onto a baking tray and keep them in the oven at 160 degrees C (320 degrees F) to keep warm. Repeat until the cheese mixture is used up.
