Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Separate the Egg (3) Whites and set aside.
Step 2
In a mixing bowl, beat the Egg Whits with an electric mixer until mixture forms stiff peaks.
Step 3
Add in All-Purpose Flour (2 1/2 tablespoon) and Cheese (200 gram). Gently fold everything together. Season with Salt and Pepper (to taste).
Step 4
Heat Frying Oil (to taste) over medium heat for 5-10 minutes.
Step 5
Drop teaspoons of the mixture into the oil, about 4 at a time, and cook for 1-2 minutes, or until golden and crisp.
Step 6
Transfer finished puffs onto a baking tray and keep them in the oven at 160 degrees C (320 degrees F) to keep warm. Repeat until the cheese mixture is used up.
Step 7
Serve and enjoy!
