Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, add
Self-Rising Flour (2 cups)
,
Salt (1 tsp)
and
Natural Unflavored Yogurt (2 cups)
. Using a round-bladed knife, make cutting motions through the mixture until it comes together.
Step 2
On a floured surface, gently knead the dough until it is smooth. Roll it out into a pizza shape and transfer onto a large oven tray. Prick with a fork across the surface to prevent rising.
Step 3
Top dough with
Pizza Sauce (to taste)
, half of the lightly fried
Bacon (7 oz)
and
Yellow Onion (1/2)
. Pour the
Eggs (5)
over top. Sprinkle
Cheese (2 cups)
on top, then finish with the remaining bacon.
Step 4
Bake at 220 degrees C (425 degrees F) for 20 minutes.
Step 5
Allow pizza to stand for 5 minutes to cool before serving.
